The recall involves around 24,923 boxes of OPTAVIA Essential Old Fashioned Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal. The product is packaged in yellow and white cardboard boxes with the brand name.

Amneal Pharmaceuticals, LLC recalled certain lots of heartburn medication Nizatidine in the form of oral solution for the potential presence of nitrosamine impurity, N-Nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA), above levels established by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or FDA. The Bridgewater, New Jersey-based generic and specialty pharma company is recalling three lots of Nizatidine oral solution 15 mg.

Brooklyn, New York-based H&C Food Inc. is recalling select Enoki mushrooms citing the possible presence of Listeria monocytogenes, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration said in a statement. The recall involves 7.05 oz or 200G pack of Enoki mushrooms imported from Green Co. located in Korea. The affected Enoki mushrooms were distributed to New York, Maryland and Virginia areas.
